This update focuses on making Elairo feel more intuitive from the very first moment you log in. We’ve overhauled the onboarding experience with smarter defaults, introduced a standardized system for keyboard shortcuts to speed up your workflow, and refined the Admin Panel to give you deeper control with less complexity.

A more intuitive head start

Setting up a new organization should feel like a guided path, not a shore. We’ve refined the initial provisioning process to ensure your workspace is ready for action immediately.

• Smarter Defaults: New instances now launch with a focused set of features. We’ve enabled positive reinforcement and smart task positioning by default, while keeping the dashboard tucked away until you’re ready to populate it with data.
• Timezone Intelligence: No more manual shifting. New user profiles now automatically inherit their organization’s timezone upon creation, ensuring schedules and notifications align from day one.
• Onboarding Guidance: New admins are now greeted with a friendly, dismissible trial banner to help track the initial 14-day setup period.
• Helpful Tooltips: We've added contextual help icons across every tab in the Admin Panel—from Security to Structure—so you always know exactly what a toggle does before you flip it.

Seamless profile management

Your profile is your home base in Elairo. We’ve introduced several quality-of-life improvements to ensure managing your information is effortless and data loss is a thing of the past.

• Auto-save Progress: Every field on your profile page now saves automatically as you type. A subtle indicator in the page title lets you know your changes are safe.
• Refined Navigation: We’ve added breadcrumb trails and smarter "back" behavior to the user management flow. Moving between an individual user's profile and the broader admin list is now a single, predictable click.
• Accurate Status Tracking: We fixed a reporting error that labeled some active users as "Pending." Your user list now correctly prioritizes actual account status, so you know exactly who has successfully joined your team.

Effortless navigation and support

Speed and accessibility are at the core of this release. We want you to navigate Elairo at the speed of thought.

• Standardized Keyboard Shortcuts: We’ve implemented a new, global shortcut system. Whether it’s jumping to search with Ctrl+K or toggling the sidebar with Ctrl+B, you’ll find a consistent helper bar at the bottom of every page to guide you.
• Better Support Conversations: We redesigned the Support Hub layout. The input area for Tavi, our AI assistant, has been repositioned to allow more vertical space for chat history and insights, ensuring your conversations are easy to read.
• Insights Drawer UI: We’ve adjusted the layout of the Insights drawer to ensure that your keyboard shortcut bar never overlaps with critical data cards.

Platform Reliability

As we continue to scale, we’ve ironed out several structural kinks to make the platform more robust:

• Organizational Scaling: Fixed an issue where creating new Divisions or Departments would occasionally fail. Structure creation is now rock-solid across all organization types.
• Reliable Timezone Sync: Resolved a bug where timezone selections made during the initial setup wizard weren't persisting to the organization record.
• Automated Release Tracking: We’ve moved our release note engine to pull directly from our internal development history, ensuring that the updates you read are always an accurate reflection of what’s live.
