Capabilities

What makes it work

Purpose-built for leaders who need clarity without complexity.

Fast Data Entry

Log values weekly, monthly, per service, or per campaign. Entry screens are built for people who have thirty seconds, not thirty minutes.

Ownership and Cadence

Each metric has an owner and an expected rhythm, so gaps are visible instead of silent.

Full History

Every value keeps its timestamp and author. Compare seasons, correct mistakes, and audit how a number came to be.

Tavi proposes what to measure

Describe an outcome you care about and Tavi suggests the raw data points behind it, along with the cadence and structure to capture them.

Tavi Metric Insights

Tavi reads the values themselves — which metrics are current, which have gone stale against their own reporting period, and which numbers moved — so the data feeding your indicators is trusted before anyone reads a chart.

Tavi Metric Insights: what's current, what's stale, and what the values did.

Current vs. stale, by reporting period

Freshness is judged against each metric's own cadence, not a single global rule. Weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics are held to their own clocks.

Overdue entries named with their owner

When a period closes without a value, the metric and the person responsible are called out instead of the gap sitting silent.

What the values actually did

Latest value, prior period, and the size of the change, so movement is visible without opening each metric.

Values that don't look right

Entries far outside a metric's own history are flagged for confirmation before they ripple into a KPI.
