This policy describes how the Elairo marketing website at getelairo.com handles information. The Elairo application at elairo.io is governed by its own in-product privacy terms and customer agreements.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic volume, which pages are useful, and where visitors leave. Analytics storage is denied by default: no analytics request is made until you accept analytics in the banner shown on your first visit.

If you accept, we record page views and a small set of interaction events — clicking a call to action, switching monthly and yearly pricing, completing the savings calculator, and submitting the contact form. We never send your name, email address, organization name, or anything you type into a form to our analytics provider.

If you decline, no analytics script loads and no analytics events are sent. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which restores the consent prompt.

We store a random anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage so we can tell that a signup came from a marketing visit. It contains no personal information and is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. It is passed to elairo.io when you start a trial or purchase so the two visits can be connected.

When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, organization, audience track, and message you provide, along with the page you submitted from and the anonymous visitor ID. We use this only to reply to you and to follow up about Elairo. We do not sell this information.

The site uses local storage for your analytics choice, your selected audience track, and the anonymous visitor ID. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to measure sessions. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings. Contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond and maintain our customer records.

You can decline analytics at any time, clear this site's stored data in your browser, and request that we delete a contact submission you sent us.
