- What is included on a free plan?
- Every plan includes the full Elairo platform — nothing is bought module by module. Churches get every module on the free Starter plan, including Performance, Formation and TV Rotations. On free individual and organization plans those three modules are reserved for paid plans, and free plans keep their goal, metric and dashboard limits.
- Can I delete my workspace and my data?
- Yes. A workspace admin can permanently delete a workspace from settings — no support ticket needed. Deletion is staged: access stops immediately, everything stays restorable for 30 days, and only then is the data destroyed for good. If you need a hand, contact us.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. Free plans are free forever and do not run a trial.
- How do AI credits work?
- Free plans include 50 AI credits a month — enough to try Tavi's weekly prep and insights. Paid plans include a larger monthly allotment for ongoing AI use, with more capacity available if you need it, and usage is always visible in-app. Tavi now runs on a newer generation of reasoning models, applying deeper analysis to heavy tasks.
