Smarter Check-ins for Your Team

We know that life happens, and sometimes team members are away. This release introduces a much-requested feature to gracefully handle those times, ensuring your check-in rhythms remain consistent and accurate, without marking someone as "missed" when they're simply taking some well-deserved time off.

• Mark Time Away: Team members can now easily mark themselves as "away" directly from the Check-in page or schedule future time away from their profile. When someone is marked as away, their check-in isn't counted as missed, reminders are automatically skipped, and their status will show "Away" in the Team Pulse view.
• Manager & Admin Oversight: Managers and administrators have the ability to add time away for their direct reports, providing centralized control and flexibility.

Crystal-Clear Dashboards and Displays

Keeping your team informed and your data accurate is paramount. This release brings important fixes to ensure your dashboards reflect the most current information and that Elairo works seamlessly on various display devices.

• Accurate KPI Targets: Your dashboard KPI cards will now always display the current target for each KPI, rather than the target that was set when it was initially created. This ensures your progress tracking is always against the most up-to-date goals.
• Improved TV Rotations: We've made enhancements to ensure TV links load reliably on older TV browser apps. If a browser can't run Elairo, it will now display a clear message instead of a blank screen, and the Share dialog will provide guidance on which browsers work best on TVs.
• Smarter Custom Slugs for TV Shares: When sharing TV rotations, the custom slug field will now correctly indicate "Current slug" for the rotation's existing slug, preventing confusion and only warning you if another rotation is already using your chosen slug.
