Enhanced KPI Accuracy and Clarity

Understanding your organization's performance hinges on reliable data. We've addressed several areas to ensure your KPIs are always spot-on, making it simpler to monitor trends and identify areas for growth.

• Real-time Engagement Metrics: Your weekly discipleship engagement KPIs now precisely reflect the latest week's data, eliminating previous confusion from aggregating a month's worth of information. This gives you a clear, up-to-date snapshot of current engagement.
• Reliable Ratio Calculations: We've resolved an issue where certain ratio-based KPIs displayed "Can't calculate" due to a display setting misinterpretation. These KPIs now calculate correctly, providing accurate percentage insights once again.
• Formula Field Improvements: KPIs using sum formulas with longer metric names no longer incorrectly return zero. They now calculate correctly, and if a metric can't be matched, the KPI will clearly show "Couldn't calculate" instead of an incorrect zero.
