Empower Your KPIs with Richer History & Comparison Tools

Understanding your organization's trajectory means looking at performance over time. We've enhanced how your KPIs store and display historical data, giving you more robust tools for comparison and trend analysis.

• Expanded Lookback and Comparison Options: Your KPI history tab now offers more powerful ways to compare performance. You can choose to compare against the previous period, the same period last year, or any earlier year for which you have data. The comparison card clearly shows the date range used, so you always know what you're looking at.
• Flexible Trend and Target Lines: Dive deeper into your KPI's journey with new chart toggles on the history tab. You can now overlay a comparison line, a clear trend line, and even a target line directly onto your charts, making it easier to visualize progress against goals.
• Comprehensive Data Ranges: We've expanded the available history ranges for your KPIs. You can now view data up to 2 years, 3 years, and even "All History" for a complete long-term perspective.
• Instant History Backfill: No more starting fresh with new KPIs! When you link a metric, Elairo now offers to "Fill in history from existing data" (on by default), instantly populating your KPI's past using your existing metric entries. You can also re-fill or recalculate past weeks or months from the History and Schedule tabs, ensuring your KPI's history is always complete.
• Track the Latest Value: For weekly KPIs, you now have the option to display the "Latest entry only" from each linked metric, rather than summing the entire window. This gives you greater control over how your weekly metrics are aggregated and presented.

More Reliable and Clearer Data Views

We've squashed several bugs to ensure your KPI dashboards and reports are always accurate and easy to understand, even when data is sparse or complex.

• Consistent Multi-KPI Charts: When comparing multiple KPIs, the chart now intelligently displays each selected KPI on its own line, ensuring clarity. If scales differ significantly, a second axis appears automatically, preventing visual clutter and making comparisons straightforward. Unchecked KPIs gracefully leave the chart, and dates are always ordered correctly.
• Graceful Handling of Missing Data: Previously, a KPI page might crash if a calculation failed. Now, percentage and ratio KPIs with "couldn't calculate" entries will show "—" instead of breaking the view. The "Recent Changes" section will also clearly explain why an entry was missing data, helping you diagnose issues.
