We know that every moment counts, which is why we’ve introduced a much-requested improvement for rescheduling meetings, saving you clicks and time. We've also refined how account statuses are communicated, ensuring clarity and helpful guidance, especially for those exploring Elairo for the first time. Plus, we've fine-tuned an aspect of 360-degree feedback to give you a truer picture of developmental areas.

Meetings Made Easy

We heard your feedback: moving a meeting should be quick and effortless. Previously, you'd have to dive into the full edit form just to change a date or time. Not anymore! This release significantly streamlines the process for adjusting your schedule.

• Reschedule with a Click: You can now instantly reschedule a meeting directly from the "..." menu on the meeting page, in your meetings list, or on meeting cards. A dedicated "Reschedule" action brings up a focused dialog for just the date and time.
• Direct Date Access: Clicking on the date or time display on a meeting page will now also open this quick reschedule dialog, making it even faster to make adjustments.

Clearer Account Statuses

When your free trial concluded, the message you received could sometimes be confusing, implying a billing issue even if no payment was ever expected. We’ve clarified this experience to ensure you always get the right information at the right time.

• Friendly Trial End Messages: If your free trial reaches its end and your workspace pauses, you’ll now see a clear, specific message explaining that your trial has concluded. No more misleading "Account Suspended due to a billing issue" notifications when that's not the case. This helps you understand exactly why your account state has changed.

Refined Feedback Insights

We've made a subtle but important adjustment to how 360-degree feedback results are displayed, ensuring that your data accurately reflects qualitative input.

• Accurate 360 Results for Qualitative Areas: For sections of 360 templates that focus solely on written responses (like "Personal Development" or "Overall Feedback") without numerical scoring, these areas will no longer artificially appear as a "0.0" score on competency charts. This prevents the chart from being skewed and gives a more truthful representation of feedback where quantitative scores aren't applicable.
