Enhanced 360 Reporting

Your 360 feedback process is crucial for growth and development. We've listened to your feedback and made significant improvements to how these reports are generated and presented, giving you a clearer picture of your team's insights.

• Comprehensive PDF Reports: The downloadable 360 report now mirrors the rich, visual data you see on screen. It includes critical charts like the competency overview, scores broken down by rater group, top strengths, development areas, the self-versus-others gap chart, and the awareness window. We've also ensured pages break cleanly and headings stay perfectly aligned with their sections, making these reports professional and easy to read.
• Clearer Guest Feedback Counts: The "External / Guest Voice" section in your 360 results now provides a more precise breakdown of guest feedback. You'll see exactly how many written answers were submitted and how many unique guest raters they came from. A new tooltip clarifies that guest raters are individuals invited via email who do not require a login.

Roadmap Visibility Restored

• Public Roadmap Now Visible: We've resolved an issue that prevented our planned, in-progress, and recently shipped work from appearing on the in-app "What's New" tab and the public roadmap page. Both pages now accurately display our full, month-by-month roadmap, ensuring you're always in the loop.
