From enhancing our AI assistant, Tavi, to refining the 360-degree feedback process, each improvement aims to empower you with clearer information and streamlined operations. We've also polished the foundational experience, ensuring the platform feels more reliable and responsive than ever before.

Elevating Your Feedback Process

We've made key enhancements to the 360-degree feedback module, giving managers more control and ensuring a thoughtful review process before results are shared.

• Manager Approval for 360 Feedback: To ensure a comprehensive and well-considered feedback experience, 360-degree feedback results are no longer automatically released to the employee. Instead, their manager now has the opportunity to review the complete feedback package before it's shared. This allows for a more guided and impactful feedback conversation.
• Early Closure for 360s: You can now close a 360-degree review early if an individual doesn't respond. Their invitation will expire, any partial answers remain private, and the evaluation moves to "closed for review" with all the feedback you've received. This ensures timelines are respected and partial feedback isn't lost.
• Enhanced Security for 360 Notifications: We've fortified the internal notification and email routines for 360-degree feedback, restricting them to internal, authenticated actions only. This ensures that notifications are triggered securely and correctly, safeguarding the integrity of your feedback process.

Tavi, Your Smarter Assistant

Tavi continues to evolve, offering more insightful and responsive assistance across the platform.

• More Focused Key Result Suggestions: Tavi is now even smarter when suggesting Key Result titles or helping craft descriptions. It now considers the full context of the parent Objective—including its description, dates, owner, pillar, and existing Key Results—to provide suggestions that are more relevant, measurable, and distinct.
• Instant Home Page Insights: Tavi's insights on your Home page now load instantly! We've optimized the process by caching insights per person and refreshing them quietly in the background. The AI calls have also been tuned for speed, ensuring that valuable information is available without delay.

Refined Platform Experience

We've made several adjustments to smooth out common interactions and ensure a consistent experience across Elairo.

• Accurate Trial Countdowns: For our new users, the welcome banner now accurately displays the true number of days remaining in your trial period. The countdown will no longer disappear prematurely, and the wording correctly reflects singular or plural days left.
• Reliable Trial Expiry: Workspaces on paid tiers whose trial end dates were previously only recorded on the billing subscription will now correctly expire if a trial isn't converted. The platform now falls back to the subscription's trial end date, ensuring that all trial periods are managed consistently.
• Always-Visible Agenda Controls: You can now widen the meeting notes panel without losing access to agenda item controls. Rows wrap neatly within the narrowed sidebar, and the delete button for agenda items is always visible, not just on hover.
• Thoughtful Email Communications for Churches: The rotating scripture verse in the footer of church-variant emails now exclusively features encouraging and purpose-focused passages, aligning with a positive message.
• No Engagement Emails for Cancelled Workspaces: Workspaces that have been cancelled or are scheduled for deletion will no longer receive product engagement emails, such as onboarding sequences, digests, or reminders. Essential mail will still be delivered, but the flow of promotional and engagement content will cease immediately upon cancellation.

Behind the Scenes Improvements

We’ve also been busy making the underlying platform even more robust.

• Improved Release Notes Reliability: We fixed an issue where the system generating these very release notes would sometimes silently omit shipped features. This ensures that all the hard work we put in gets properly communicated to you.
