We've completely overhauled how you track and nurture growth, moving from disconnected forms to a holistic system that helps individuals thrive. Performance reviews are no longer a chore but a structured path to meaningful feedback and development, empowered by AI.

• Growth Paths for Everyone

Growth areas are now a dedicated, trackable part of Elairo. You can name, track, and act on these development goals, providing a clearer path for personal and professional growth. This means you can now see someone's growth journey in one dedicated place, whether it's linked to a 1:1 or not.

• Growth profiles no longer depend on having a one-on-one meeting booked. You can create and manage them independently, ensuring continuous development is always accessible.
• Goal examples now match the type of goal you're creating and your organization's context, making it easier to set relevant and impactful objectives. Date pickers in goal and development plan forms are now fully functional.
• Smarter, Simpler Performance Reviews

We've redesigned performance reviews to be a continuous, insightful flow, not a disjointed series of steps. Tavi, your AI assistant, plays an even more integral role, drafting responses and scores, and ensuring the review process guides you to completion.

• The setup process for performance reviews is now a smooth, continuous flow. You start with the basics, then finish the setup right on the review page itself, rather than being bounced back and forth.
• Review setup steps now follow the actual order you work in, making the checklist intuitive. Steps are clickable, with clear actions.
• Tavi now drafts suggested answers for every written question in your chosen template, grouped by section, complete with evidence links. In the response form, each written question shows a collapsed suggestion with a "Use this" button.
• Tavi's review prep also suggests scores for rated questions, not just written responses. This score is visible in the prep panel, and a single click applies both the score and its rationale.
• When writing a review with Tavi, all the help you need is in one place within the answer form, streamlining the process of applying suggestions.
• Review pages now clearly indicate where to answer questions, showing them as a preview while in draft mode, and providing "Answer as yourself" and "Answer for [direct report]" buttons when active.
• Choosing "Let Tavi build it" now carries through the entire setup, opening the review directly in the Tavi lane with a draft already started.
• When a review is complete, it now moves to "under review" where both sets of answers appear side by side, highlighting rating differences and the three biggest gaps for discussion. This provides a proper ending and facilitates meaningful conversations.
• Review setup now clearly labels the period being reviewed as the "performance period," ensuring Tavi's prep analyzes the correct timeframe.
• Activating a review now accurately reports who was notified and filters out participants without active accounts.
• The review page no longer blanks out or flashes while you answer questions; answers now save quietly in the background.
• Richer Review Templates

We've expanded our library of performance review templates, making them more comprehensive and effective for a wider range of organizations.

• Every template in the library now includes at least five sections, closing with reliability, conduct, and an overall assessment where managers record ratings, strengths, and growth areas. Thinner templates have been enhanced to meet this standard.
• Templates imported from the library are now complete and include all sections. If an import cannot be finished, it's rolled back instead of leaving a partial template.

• Dashboard cards for "Meetings This Week" now show participant avatars and indicators for meeting content like notes, action items, decisions, and AI summaries.

• Smarter AI Assistant in Meetings

Tavi now offers more control and transparency when helping you during live meetings.

• A persistent "Added" badge now appears on Tavi-suggested action items, decisions, and tasks once converted, preventing duplicate additions.
• Dismissed Tavi suggestions are preserved in a footer history panel, allowing you to restore them if needed.
• When Tavi starts recording, a live "Tavi is recording" banner is broadcast to all participants, ensuring transparency.
• When Tavi finishes generating an AI meeting summary, all participants receive an in-app notification with a direct link to view it.
• Realtime speaker identification mappings made by the facilitator now propagate live to all participants viewing coaching cards, ensuring consistent attribution.
• Integrated Documents and Tasks

Your meeting documents and task attachments now live exactly where you need them most, reducing friction and ensuring everyone is on the same page.

• Meetings can now carry all their relevant files within a dedicated "Documents" tab. This tab includes a preview panel, shows who added each file, and opens documents in one click. The sidebar keeps this list accessible while taking notes.

• Action items, decisions, and tasks now support privacy/visibility controls (private, participants, manager, organization), giving meeting owners granular control over who can see each item.

• When converting an AI-suggested action item to a task, you can now choose the destination board and column directly.

• Tasks and goals now have a single "Files & links" list where you can attach documents, spreadsheets, proposals, or board decks. Links and uploads are easily managed, ensuring all relevant information is together.

• You can now move or copy tasks to another board using a right-click context menu, preserving all metadata.

• Seamless TV Rotations

Displaying information on lobby and hallway screens is now easier than ever.

• You can now import existing slide decks into a TV rotation. Export your deck as a PDF, upload it, and each page will render as a full-resolution image slide, preserving fonts and layout. You can choose which pages to include and set a duration.

We've resolved an issue that prevented some users from signing in, ensuring uninterrupted access to your workspace.

• Signing in now works reliably again, fixing an issue where users were stopped at a "we could not verify your workspace" message.
• Refined Recurring Tasks

Managing recurring tasks is now smarter, preventing unwanted notifications and ensuring your history remains intact.

• Completing a recurring task now automatically retires any leftover duplicate occurrences, stopping overdue notices for tasks you've already finished.
• You can now "retire" a recurring series without losing its history. This means it stops creating new occurrences, but everything it has already produced remains accessible.
• Backend Improvements

Behind the scenes, we've made significant security and operational enhancements.

• Internal database permissions have been meticulously cleaned up, improving security and efficiency.
• Every background and integration service now reports unexpected errors to our monitoring system, so failures surface immediately.
• Workspace web addresses now include a "forbidden" list of profane, adult, and hateful terms, permanently blocking them and their variants.
