Keep the Momentum. Lose the Rework.
Faster check-ins, rock-solid meetings, and a more reliable Elairo—from calendar to completion.
August 6, 2026
We're excited to bring you another set of updates designed to make your daily workflows smoother and more reliable. This release focuses on refining your meeting experience, giving you greater control over your weekly check-ins, and bolstering the overall stability of the platform. We've tackled several subtle issues that impacted everything from recurring meetings to how you carry over priorities, ensuring Elairo works exactly as you expect.
Smarter Weekly Check-ins
We've made some thoughtful improvements to your weekly check-in process, helping you maintain continuity and get a more accurate picture of your team's engagement.
- Carry Last Week's Priorities Forward Seamlessly: You no longer need to manually retype or copy priorities that carry over from week to week. In the Priorities section of your check-in, you'll now see last week's priorities presented as a list, each with a "Carry forward" option. Simply click to bring them into your current draft, making weekly planning much more efficient.
- Accurate Team Pulse Counts: We've refined how "Team pulse" is calculated. It now correctly reflects the number of check-ins submitted against the right number of people, ensuring you see a true representation of your team's participation.
Enhanced Meeting Reliability
Meetings are at the heart of collaboration, and we've dedicated significant effort to ensure your meeting management is rock-solid. These fixes address several edge cases that could cause confusion or lost information.
- Recurring Meetings Stay Visible: We've resolved an issue where weekly recurring meetings, particularly those imported from calendars, occasionally stopped appearing correctly. Your calendar events and their linked meeting occurrences will now consistently show up together, both in card view and in your list and agenda views.
- All-Day Calendar Events Display Correctly: No more confusion about all-day events appearing on the wrong day! We've fixed a timezone-related bug that caused all-day calendar events to show up a day early for many users. They will now always display on their true calendar day, regardless of your timezone.
- Action Items Stay Completed: We've squashed a bug where action items, once marked as done, could sometimes reappear as outstanding. When you mark an item complete, it now reliably stays that way.
- Seamless Meeting Creation from Calendar Events: Creating a new meeting directly from an imported calendar event is now a smooth process. We've fixed a security error that could occur during this workflow, ensuring your new meetings are saved without a hitch.
Improved Communication & Access
Keeping you informed and ensuring secure access are top priorities. We've made updates to how meeting summaries are shared and how you access your account.
- Clearer Meeting Summary Shares: Sharing meeting summaries is now more transparent. Summary shares now record the user who triggered them and write an audit entry. The meeting header now shows "Shared by {name} on {date}" instead of a bare "Shared". Furthermore, sharing a summary for a meeting older than 7 days now asks for confirmation, explicitly naming the meeting and its date, to prevent accidental sharing of stale information.
- Reliable Password Reset Links: We've addressed an issue where password reset links could sometimes lead to the wrong sign-in page or an unusable address. Password reset links will now consistently guide you to the correct and functional page for account recovery.
