v2026.07.24.2
Product improvements
July 24, 2026
This release brings significant advancements to Elairo, focusing on empowering you with greater control, flexibility, and reliability in managing your meetings. We've introduced robust governance features to protect your meeting data, enhanced your ability to correct mistakes, and squashed several pesky bugs to ensure a smoother, more predictable experience.
Enhanced Meeting Control & Peace of Mind
Managing your meeting content is now more secure and flexible than ever. We understand that mistakes happen and that compliance is paramount. With these updates, you gain greater power over your meeting lifecycle, from creation to archiving.
- You can now undo a completed or canceled meeting with ease. If a meeting was closed prematurely or by accident, any participant, organizer, or series owner can simply reopen it from the meeting header, restoring it to its scheduled state. This prevents data loss and ensures your meeting records accurately reflect reality.
- We've introduced comprehensive governance for meeting content, ensuring your recordings, transcripts, and AI notes are handled with the highest standards of data integrity. This includes:
- Legal hold capabilities, allowing specific content to be preserved for compliance.
- A soft-delete trash for meeting content, giving you a recovery window for accidentally deleted items.
- An immutable audit log for all actions related to meeting content, providing a transparent and unalterable record for compliance and security.
- Strict controls over who can delete meeting content, limiting this sensitive action to series owners, meeting organizers, or platform admins only.
Smarter Scheduling & Calendar Sync
We've made your meeting schedule more intuitive and reliable, ironing out kinks that could previously lead to confusion or incorrect calendar entries.
- You'll now receive a helpful prompt before starting a meeting significantly outside its scheduled time. If you accidentally try to start a meeting that's far in the future or past, Elairo will ask for confirmation, preventing unintended "in-progress" statuses and ensuring you're always working with the correct meeting instance.
- Completed meetings scheduled for a future date will no longer clutter your "Past" tab. Previously, if a future meeting was accidentally marked complete, it would disappear from your upcoming schedule and incorrectly appear in the past. Now, our system smartly recognizes and filters these, keeping your "Upcoming" and "Past" views accurate and relevant.
- Rescheduling a single Google Calendar occurrence now correctly updates only that specific instance in Elairo. We've fixed an issue where rescheduling a single meeting within a recurring Google series could inadvertently shift all future occurrences in Elairo. Your calendar in Elairo will now perfectly mirror the precise changes made in Google.
- Your Elairo calendar settings will now instantly refresh after connecting your Google Calendar. No more navigating away and back to see your connection status update – the moment you grant consent, your settings will reflect the change.
