More Control Over Your KPIs

We know that setting and tracking Key Performance Indicators is central to your success. This update empowers you with more dynamic ways to manage your KPI thresholds and scales, ensuring they accurately reflect your goals and performance.

• KPI Thresholds Now Move with Your Target: When you adjust a KPI's target, your performance zones (like "on track" or "needs attention") will now automatically re-align. This means your visual feedback always accurately reflects the new goal, helping you quickly understand performance in context.
• Scale Changes No Longer Lock Your Zones: Adjusting your KPI's maximum scale will now intelligently re-proportion your zones to fit the new range. No more bunched-up zones at one end – your visual indicators remain clear and meaningful even when you change the underlying scale.
• Scale Maximums Persist as You Intend: We've fixed an issue where your custom scale maximum for KPIs would sometimes revert after saving. Now, when you set a specific upper limit, it stays exactly where you put it, ensuring consistent tracking.

Smarter Meeting Management

Meetings are a core part of how teams operate, and we've fine-tuned several aspects to make them more reliable and easier to navigate, especially for recurring events and action items.

• All Your Recurring Meetings Are Always Visible: You can now consistently see all instances of a recurring meeting, even if the primary linked Elairo meeting falls outside your "Upcoming" or "Past" views. No more puzzling disappearances of linked series!
• Clearer 1:1 Meeting Times: We've standardized time displays on 1:1 cards. Meeting times will now show in the familiar 12-hour format (e.g., "3:00 PM"), aligning with the rest of Elairo for better readability.
• Smooth Action Item Interaction: In meetings with many carried-over action items, marking one as complete will no longer collapse the entire list. You can now check off tasks sequentially without the need to constantly re-expand the section.

Enhanced Manager Insights

For managers, having a clear overview of your team's commitments is crucial. We've introduced a dedicated view to help you stay on top of all open action items across your reports.

• See All Team Action Items in One Place: Managers now have a centralized "All Action Items" page. This new view aggregates all open action items from your direct and dotted-line reports, giving you a comprehensive overview without needing to check each individual's profile. You can quickly scan and filter to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Improved Home Page & Celebrations

We've made a small but delightful adjustment to how we celebrate your team's milestones on the Home page.

• Accurate Birthday and Anniversary Celebrations: Cheers for birthdays and work anniversaries on your Home page are now perfectly synchronized with the calendar date. No more celebrating a day early or missing the big day!

Stronger Security & Reliability

Behind the scenes, we're continuously working to make Elairo more secure and robust. This release includes significant hardening and improvements to our administrative systems.

• Least-Privilege Database Access: We've performed a comprehensive audit and removed legacy permissions from internal databases that were, in certain edge cases, accessible by signed-out users. This further strengthens our security posture against potential vulnerabilities.
• Integrations Pane Shows Only Relevant Connections: If you manage multiple organizations, your integrations list will now show only the live data connections for the organization you are currently viewing. This eliminates confusion previously caused by seeing connections from other organizations appear in the list.
• Reliable Documentation Publishing: We've made several fixes to how we publish documentation. This ensures that release notes, legal documents, and other knowledge base content consistently and correctly appear on our public documentation site.
