Product improvements
July 24, 2026
It’s been a busy few weeks here at Elairo, and we’re excited to share a collection of updates designed to streamline your workflows, enhance collaboration, and bring more clarity to your most important tasks. This release focuses on making your 1:1 meetings more impactful, improving the 360 feedback experience, and refining the subtle interactions that make Elairo a joy to use every day.
Elevating 1:1 Conversations
Your one-on-one meetings are crucial for coaching and alignment. We've introduced a powerful new tool to help managers stay on top of their reports' progress and ensure no task falls through the cracks, making your discussions more informed and productive.
- See overdue tasks directly in your 1:1 prep: Managers now have an at-a-glance view of their report's overdue tasks right within the 1:1 sidebar. This ensures that you come prepared to discuss roadblocks and prioritize effectively, fostering more impactful coaching conversations.
Refined 360 Feedback
We're continuing to enhance our 360 feedback tools to ensure a smooth and transparent process for everyone involved. These updates provide greater clarity for administrators and ensure that all valuable feedback is correctly captured.
- Understand rater identity and nudge participants with ease: For 360 owners and administrators, you can now see the identity of all invited raters. This means you can easily track who has submitted feedback and, more importantly, send targeted nudges to those who haven't. Rest assured, the reviewee's anonymity remains protected.
- Reliable 360 rater submissions: We’ve resolved an issue where rater submissions sometimes appeared as "outstanding" even after completion. Now, when a rater submits their feedback, it will correctly register, ensuring accurate completion tracking and preventing unnecessary reminder emails.
Smoother Task Management
Small details can make a big difference in how you manage your day. We've refined how tasks are displayed to provide clearer context and reduce ambiguity, helping you focus on what's truly current.
- Easily distinguish task due dates across years: Task due-date chips now include the year when it's not the current year. This simple but significant change prevents confusion, ensuring you can quickly discern if a task was due last year, this year, or is coming up next year, making your task lists more intuitive.
Behind-the-Scenes Enhancements
While you might not see these changes directly, they contribute to a more stable, reliable, and consistent Elairo experience.
- Improved handling of recurring 1:1s: We've ironed out an issue where clicking a linked calendar event for a recurring 1:1 might have opened an old instance of the meeting. Now, linked calendar events will correctly direct you to the current meeting, ensuring your notes and discussions are always tied to the right context.
- More robust release note publishing: We've added safeguards to prevent release notes from being published with incomplete information, ensuring that our "What's New" section always accurately reflects the latest updates.
