This release brings a suite of focused enhancements designed to make critical workflows smoother and more reliable, especially around 360 evaluations and the privacy of powerful AI-driven insights. We’ve refined how you manage external feedback and ensured that personalized coaching remains truly personal, all while improving the back-end stability of our platform.

Enhanced 360 Evaluation Management

We're giving you more flexibility and control over how 360 evaluations are conducted, particularly when involving external stakeholders.

• Subject-Driven External Rater Nominations: For those instances where the evaluation subject is best positioned to identify external contributors, they can now directly nominate external raters, streamlining the process and ensuring the most relevant feedback is gathered. This is especially useful for senior leaders or specific cultural contexts.
• Prevent Silent Failures in 360 Activation: We've addressed an issue where 360 evaluations would sometimes fail to activate silently if no internal raters were present. You'll now receive clear guidance on what's needed to successfully launch your evaluations, preventing confusion and ensuring a smooth setup.
• No More Duplicate Rater Emails: We fixed a race condition that could cause internal raters to receive two launch emails when a 360 evaluation was activated.

Improved Privacy & Precision for AI Coaching

Your personal growth insights should always remain private. We've enhanced our AI coaching features to ensure that sensitive feedback is delivered only to the intended recipient.

• Private Meeting Coaching Insights: We've reinforced the privacy of Tavi's meeting coaching insights. Previously, there were instances where blended feedback could expose private coaching meant for one individual to another. This has been corrected, meaning all coaching insights for meetings are now strictly personal and visible only to the individual they concern.

Check-ins & Meeting Agendas

We've made several quality-of-life improvements to check-ins and meeting agendas.

• Open and Close Agenda Sections: Meeting agendas now include explicit "Open" and "Close" section types, making it easy to add welcome, introductions, agenda review, final thoughts, and benedictions.
• Sticky Check-In Visibility: The "Visible to" selector on check-ins now defaults to your last choice, so you don't have to re-select "Manager + whole org" every week.
• One-Click "Nothing to Report": For objectives with multiple key results, you can now mark the entire objective as "Nothing to report this week" with a single click, and the progress badge will roll up correctly.
• Drafts Now Persist: We fixed a bug where check-in drafts could disappear on page refresh due to duplicate draft rows.

Platform Stability

Behind the scenes, we're constantly working to make the Elairo platform more robust and intuitive. This release also streamlines the release lifecycle so staging and shipped states are clearly separated.
