This release brings a new level of clarity and control to how you work with Tavi, our AI assistant. From smarter OKR planning to more transparent live meeting experiences, we’ve focused on making sure every insight Tavi generates is actionable, attributable, and perfectly organized within your workspace.

Smarter OKR Planning

Setting ambitious goals requires clear definitions. Tavi can now help you bridge the gap between a high-level objective and a well-defined Key Result.

• Tavi Smart Description Generator: When drafting OKRs, Tavi now assists in generating comprehensive descriptions. This ensures every goal has the context and clarity needed for your team to execute effectively.

Transparency During Live Meetings

We believe AI should be a collaborative partner, not a hidden observer. These updates ensure everyone in the room has a consistent, transparent experience while Tavi is active.

• Live Recording Notifications: All participants now see a real-time broadcast banner when a facilitator starts recording. This provides immediate visibility and ensures everyone is aware of the AI’s presence.
• Real-time Speaker Identification: Mapping a voice to a name is now a shared experience. When a facilitator identifies a speaker on a coaching card, that mapping propagates instantly to every participant’s view.
• Automated Summary Delivery: You no longer need to refresh the page to see if a meeting is ready for review. Tavi now sends an in-app notification with a direct link the moment the AI summary is finalized.

Precise Task Management

Moving from a conversation to a structured workflow is now more flexible. We’ve added granular controls to how suggestions are converted into your team's actual to-do list.

• Custom Board and Column Routing: When promoting an AI-suggested action item into a task, you are no longer locked into the current board. You can now select the specific destination board and column that fits the task.
• Persistent "Added" Badges: To prevent duplicate work, items converted from Tavi suggestions now retain a persistent "Added" badge, giving you a clear visual history of what has already been captured.
• Contextual Task Actions: You can now right-click any task card to move or copy it to another board instantly. This preserves all metadata while allowing you to reorganize your workspace on the fly.

Privacy and Flexibility

Control who sees what, and never worry about losing a good idea that was dismissed too quickly.

• Granular Visibility Scopes: Action items now support specific privacy controls. Meeting owners can set visibility to Private, Participants, Manager, or Organization, backed by robust row-level security.
• Suggestion History: If you accidentally dismiss a Tavi suggestion or change your mind later, you can now restore it. Dismissed items are preserved in a new footer history panel for easy recovery.
