This update focuses on the rhythms of your workday. We’ve introduced a foundational new architecture for recurring tasks, promoted Metrics to a primary home in your navigation, and made Tavi, our AI assistant, significantly more personalized. Combined with a suite of refinements to date handling and notifications, Elairo is becoming more intuitive and reliable than ever.

Powerful task automation

Managing your routine shouldn't be a manual chore. We’ve completely rebuilt the architecture for recurring tasks to support complex schedules and long-term planning. Whether it's a daily standup or a quarterly board report, Elairo now handles the repetition for you.

• Advanced Recurrence Rules: You can now set up tasks to repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or even yearly with specific day-of-week logic and occurrence limits.
• Intelligent Assignee Suggestions: Tavi now learns individual habits. When you assign a task to a teammate, Tavi suggests a due time based on their historical patterns and peak productivity hours, rather than your own.
• Context-Aware Overdue Logic: We’ve refined how "date-only" tasks behave. Tasks without a specific time will no longer show as overdue until the day is actually over, and we’ve cleared out a bug that occasionally displayed a phantom "7:00 PM" time on all-day items.

Focused data and metrics

Data belongs at the center of your decision-making. We’ve moved Metrics out of the sub-menus and into the top-level navigation, giving you one-click access to your team's performance and data health.

• Dedicated Metrics Hub: A new /metrics route features five specialized tabs: Insights (for data health), Metrics, Data Entry, Compare, and Templates.
• Simplified KPIs: We’ve streamlined the KPI page into four focused views to help you track your most important numbers without distraction.
• Reliable Notifications: We resolved an issue where @mentions and watcher updates were occasionally failing to deliver. Your team will now stay perfectly in sync with every comment and task change.

Seamless workflows

We believe the best tools get out of your way. This release includes several "quality of life" improvements to the interface to ensure that navigation feels smooth and natural.

• Unobstructed Boards: We’ve fixed a layout issue where the shortcuts bar could overlap with the horizontal scrollbar on your Tasks board.
• Smarter Keyboard Shortcuts: Keyboard triggers now fire on "keyup," preventing accidental modal pop-ups while you are scrolling through a complex project.
• Discoverable Help: Need a refresher on shortcuts? You can now find a dedicated "Shortcuts" button in the Support Hub footer.
• Billing Transparency: Workspace admins will now see a helpful trial countdown banner and a direct "Subscription & Billing" link in the profile dropdown, making it easier to manage your team’s plan as you grow.

Enhanced TV Rotations

• Smooth Scaling of Dashboards: TV Rotations look more beautiful than effort with improved scaling of included dashboards, handling of website inclusion when sites 'block' iframe inclusion, and improved edit capabilities for upload videos and images included in rotations. TV Rotations continues to be a serious differentiator from the competition. Bon Appetit!

Performance and Stability

Behind the scenes, we’ve significantly bolstered our infrastructure. We added over 300 new automated tests and optimized our testing environment to ensure that as Elairo grows, the platform remains fast and stable. We also updated our data mocking strategy to reduce page load overhead in complex views.
