• Completing a recurring task now reliably creates its next occurrence, no matter where you completed it – from the task board, your My Work view, or a linked meeting action item. Series that had previously stalled are now back on track.
• Recurring meetings imported from connected calendars will now consistently appear in Elairo. The system correctly generates each upcoming instance, ensuring your linked meetings are always complete.
• Your task health metrics, including Completion Health, On-Time Rate, Carryovers, and Task Rhythm, now accurately reflect when work was truly finished, rather than being influenced by background updates. This provides a clearer picture of your team's actual completion performance.

Enhanced Team Insights and Feedback

Understanding your team's dynamics and providing valuable feedback is crucial. We've made key updates to how you manage performance reviews and gauge team health, giving you better tools for growth and continuous improvement.

• When setting up performance reviews, the system now correctly displays the right person for review and loads all questions from your chosen template. Reviews can now be set up, generated, and notifications sent without a hitch.
• Starting a Team Health Index check now allows leaders to set a clear close date and add a custom note, both of which are included in the invitation. For those who haven't responded, respectful, automatic reminders are now sent on day two, day five, and the day before the check closes. This ensures higher participation and more valuable insights.

• You can now customize the terminology for goals and objectives within Elairo. Administrators can enter custom terms beyond the built-in "Objectives & Key Results" and "Goals & Targets," and these changes will immediately apply across the entire product, not just the sidebar. This ensures your Elairo environment speaks your team's language.

Optimized Demo Environments

For those exploring Elairo or onboarding new team members, our demo environments are now more reflective of a live, active account.

• Reseeding a demo environment now builds out a full week of meetings — complete with agendas, attendees, action items, and decisions — centered around the day it's run. This ensures that meeting and follow-up panels are always populated with relevant, recent activity.
• The demo reseed process now fully refreshes the task board, ensuring every card is re-dated relative to the current day. Completed tasks now carry accurate, back-dated completion history, making activity feeds and task metrics realistic and useful.
