Color controls on every chart widget. Radar, gauge, progress bar, and the KPI Insight Card sparkline now have the same color picker as your other chart widgets — pick a brand color once and it applies. Leave it unset on gauge and progress bar to keep the built-in status colors.

Financial KPI Starter Pack. One click on the Starter Packs button on the KPIs page seeds a ready-to-use Financial pack: seven input metrics (revenue, customer counts, marketing and sales spend, ARPU) and six calculated KPIs (ARPU, monthly churn, customer lifetime value, customer acquisition cost, LTV:CAC ratio, CAC payback) — each with sensible targets and thresholds. Bind the input metrics to QuickBooks or enter them by hand and every KPI starts calculating on your normal schedule.

Backfill historical data on integration-bound metrics. When you bind a QuickBooks stream to a metric, you can now pull in months or years of history in the same flow — pick a range (this month, last quarter, YTD, last 12 months, or a custom window), preview per-period conflicts side by side, and choose keep or overwrite per row. Excluded periods from Planned Breaks are preserved as gaps.

Tavi''s read on recent decisions. The All Decisions page now leads with a Tavi-generated digest of the last 90 days: TL;DR, recurring themes with confidence, blind spots, and two to three recommendations. Click a theme to filter the list. Managers can toggle between organization-wide and their team.

Evidence-based AI performance reviews. In Formation, Tavi can generate a first-draft review pulling from KPIs, OKRs, check-ins, 360 feedback, meetings, tasks, and development plans — every bullet backed by a clickable evidence chip that opens the source. Managers stay in control; nothing is written to the review automatically.

Extendable 360 nomination deadlines. Review owners and admins can now extend the nomination deadline on an in-flight 360 without contacting support.

• Radar chart no longer renders solid black; it honors your palette.
• Combo, heatmap, and funnel charts respect theme colors correctly in light and dark mode.
