We've listened to your feedback and made a host of improvements to ensure Elairo continues to be your most effective partner in driving alignment and growth.

Smarter Weekly Check-ins

Your weekly check-ins are more than just reports; they're a vital pulse check on progress and potential blockers. We've enhanced them to be clearer, more collaborative, and frankly, a joy to complete.

• Mention Teammates to Drive Action: Need to loop someone into an objective or ask for input on a blocker? Now, simply type @ in any check-in text field to mention a teammate. They'll receive a notification linking directly to your check-in, keeping everyone in the loop without extra effort.
• Clearer Structure for Better Scanning: We've visually overhauled sections within the weekly check-in. Progress updates, blockers, and confidence ratings are now grouped logically with larger, bolder labels, and key results have distinct section bands. This makes your check-ins easier to read and understand at a glance.
• Intuitive Updates for Key Results: No more typing a note just to mark a key result as updated! Changing the current number or setting a confidence rating now automatically clears the "Needs update" flag, and your objective's progress counter will reflect the change instantly.
• Your Preferred Audience, Remembered: When you start a new weekly check-in, the visibility setting (who can see your check-in) now defaults to your last chosen option, rather than resetting. Less clicking, more focus.
• Outdated Kudos Option Removed: To streamline our recognition features, the legacy "Kudos" option has been removed from Tavi's check-in drafting and weekly scans. All your team shout-outs and appreciation now flow beautifully through our dedicated Shoutouts panel.

Enhanced Teammate Profiles

Connecting with your team is now faster and more insightful. We've introduced new ways to navigate between profiles and improved the overall responsiveness of your profile view.

• Seamless Profile Navigation: Every profile page now features a handy people rail that lists your manager, direct reports, peers, and a search function to find anyone in your organization. Click a teammate's name to instantly jump to their profile without navigating away. The rail also pins your own profile at the top for quick access back to your space.
• Lightning-Fast Profile Switching: We've dramatically sped up the experience of moving between profiles. The core page elements remain, a placeholder appears while data loads, and shared organizational lists are cached, making your interactions feel immediate and fluid. Hovering over a name even pre-loads that profile!
• Full Assessment Badge Labels: Assessment badges (like spiritual gifts or DISC) now display their complete labels, wrapping onto a second line if necessary, so you can read every detail at a glance without truncation.

More Flexible Meeting Scheduling

We know that effective meetings require precise timing. We've given you more control over your scheduling to better fit your real-world calendar.

• Schedule Meetings Down to the Minute: Meeting times are no longer confined to rigid half-hour slots. You can now choose from suggested increments (5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes) or type an exact time. Durations also accept custom minute values, giving you full control.
• Personal Scheduling Buffer: Need a moment between calls? You can now set a personal scheduling buffer on your profile, ensuring you have that crucial breathing room before or after meetings.

Intuitive Organizational Chart

Navigating large teams just got easier with a more interactive organizational chart.

• Zoom and Pan for Clarity: Large org charts are no longer cut off. You can now smoothly scroll to zoom, drag to pan, and use on-chart controls to zoom in, zoom out, fit the entire structure, or reset the view. Your last zoom level is remembered for next time.

Streamlined Setup & Pricing

We've refined our sign-up process and pricing displays to be more transparent and easier to understand, especially for our ministry partners.

• Clearer Church Pricing: Our pricing page now clearly highlights attendance-based church plans. Enter your average weekly attendance, and the matching plan is spotlighted, explicitly stating unlimited staff and volunteer accounts, and detailing AI capacity in hours.
• Founding Annual Savings for Ministry: Ministry plans now open on annual billing, proudly displaying time-bound founding annual savings, ensuring you get the best value from the start.
• Simplified Sign-Up for Ministries: New church and ministry sign-ups now ask about the people you serve (average weekly attendance) instead of just headcount, and the plan selection step comes earlier in the process.

Under the Hood Improvements

We're always working to improve the stability and performance of Elairo.

• Reliable AI Capacity & Usage: The AI Capacity page now accurately displays your reset date and honest usage, reflecting precisely where your allowance stands.
• Meeting Notes No Longer Fail Due to Capacity Checks: Meeting transcriptions are now more resilient. Brief hiccups in our internal AI capacity checks will no longer prevent your meeting notes, action items, and coaching from generating.
• No More Bouncing When Editing OKRs: When you edit an objective or key result, the list now stays in place, refreshing in the background, so you maintain your position and context.

• Planning Center connector: Connect Planning Center so attendance, giving, and people data flow into your KPIs and dashboards automatically instead of being re-keyed each week.
• Subsplash connector: Bring Subsplash engagement and giving data into Elairo so digital ministry shows up alongside your other health metrics.
• Church Community Builder connector: Sync Church Community Builder groups, attendance, and giving into your dashboards and scorecards.
• Issue tracking: A lightweight place to raise, own, and resolve the issues that surface in meetings and check-ins, so blockers stop living in someone's notes.
